Refund policy

We hope you love your products as much as we loved creating them, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. 

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. 

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you experience any issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can take care of it for you. 

In some cases, we may be able to offer an exchange or store credit depending on the situation.
